iPhone 12 launch date revealed, MacBooks with Apple chips coming in October

According to a reputable tipster, Apple is will be launching the new iPhone 12 series in an online event on September 8. Although nothing is confirmed, we tend to believe the rumour given Apple’s choice of dates in the past. Last year, the iPhone 11 family came to be on September 10, Tuesday and this year’s September 8 is on Tuesday as well. Apple likes to keep things on schedule.

The tipster also claims that Apple will also be launching the Apple Watch Series 6 and other products along with the iPhone 12 series on September 8. As per the tweet by tipster iHacktu Pro, Apple has planned two special events for the new product launched, one for September and other for October. Apple will supposedly launch the highly anticipated new 5G iPhone 12 models as well as the new Apple watch in the September Event. We can also expect the new iPad in the event, though we have no information regarding which iPad would it be, the iPad Air is due for a refresh.

The tipster also stated that the other event is scheduled for October 27 where the Apple is expected to unveil the new iPad Pro and the new Macbook models which will be powered by Apple’s in-house chips. It is still unclear whether the October event will be an online or an offline event.

Tipster adds that Apple will also unveil the AirPower – a wireless charging pad – that was cancelled back in March of last year. Lastly, Apple is also expected to unveil the rumoured Apple Glass in its October event. A leak that came in May this year also hinted the design and features of the rumoured Apple Glass and also leaked that Apple Glass could cost $499.

As of now, we don’t have any officials information regarding the launch events so this piece of information should be taken with a pinch of salt.
