OnePlus has grown well last few years. Where the Oneplus One was very much so an enthusiast device that only Diehard Android fans cared about, OnePlus 6T was a Big Hit especially in the US, thanks to the partnership with T-Mobile.
Both the OnePlus 6 and 6T were a wonderful smartphone and were our most favorite phones of 2018, so there’s a lot of expectations form the Oneplus 7.
Here’s Everything We Know So Far –
typically, we get one OnePlus device in the first half of the year, followed by the launch of the slightly better ‘T’ variant of the same model in the second half of the year. But this time OnePlus is rumored to be launching to versions of the OnePlus 7 at the same time.
These versions are expected to be OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro.
OnePlus 7 Pro Features –
As we can see from the rendered images, the OnePlus 7 Pro will have a triple camera set-up at the rear and will feature a Bezel-less display with curved edges and a Pop-Up selfie camera.
The OnePlus 7 Pro is rumored to feature a 6.64-inch 90hz Quad HD+ AMOLED Display. According to rumors, the phone will be powered by Snapdragon 855 SoC paired with 10GB of RAM. The phone will house a 4000mAh battery with 30 Watt Dash Charger. The phone will also have an Optical in-screen fingerprint sensor. The Phone could feature a 48-megapixel Primary camera.
In addition to it being OnePlus’s first phone with a Quad HD+ resolution, it’s also expected to feature a refresh rate of 90Hz. Just about every phone that’s released has a refresh rate of 60Hz, it will be one of those few phones to feature a Display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
A higher refresh rate means that the screen is able to refresh its image faster, resulting in smoother animations and movement across the board — most notable when scrolling and playing supported games.
OnePlus 7 Features –
Along with the OnePlus 7 Pro, it is also rumored that the more traditional looking OnePlus 7 will also be launched.
The regular OnePlus 7 has a design that’s very reminiscent of the OnePlus 6T, including two rear cameras and a waterdrop notch at the top of its screen.
The Regular OnePlus 7 is Rumored to feature a 6.2-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate, unlike the OnePlus 7 Pro’s 90Hz refresh rate. The Phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 855 SoC paired with 6GB Ram. The Phone is also rumored to feature a 4150mAh battery with a 30-Watt Charger and will also support an Optical in-screen fingerprint sensor. The phone could feature a 48-megapixel Primary camera.
Excited to share the next product from OnePlus will unleash a new era of Fast and Smooth. Especially Smooth! Smooth is more challenging than Fast – a true test of hardware and software.
