Oneplus is all set to launch Oneplus 8 and Oneplsu 8 Pro on April 14th in an online event. Just days before the launch, the Indian pricing of the Oneplus 8 and Oneplus 8 Pro have surfaced online. Looks like Oneplus will continue its trend of offering new smartphones at higher prices than its predecessors. But, both the smartphones are likely to support 5G and will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, which could be the reason for the hike in prices of the smartphones. We really can’t say if the Leaked prices are accurate or not as the source itself seems to quote price brackets, rather than particular figures.
Oneplus 8, Oneplus 8 Pro price in India with Accessories (expected)
According to a source, the base variant of Oneplus 8 could be priced between ₹43,990 to ₹45,990 whereas, the top variant of the Oneplus 8 could be priced between ₹47,990 to ₹49,990. The OnePlus 8 Pro, on the other hand also comes in two variants. The base variant can range between ₹60,990 and ₹63,990 while the top variant could be priced between ₹64,990 INR and ₹67,990.
Coming to the Accessories of the Oneplus 8 and the 8 Pro, Oneplus is expected to launch Bullets Wireless Z and Warp Charge 30 Wireless Charger with the launch of the new smartphones. Talking about the expected price, The Oneplus Bullets Wireless Z could launch with a price tag of ₹3,990 in India, whereas the Oneplus Warp Charge 30 Wireless can range between ₹4,990 – ₹5,990.

According to leaks and rumors, the Oneplus 8 will feature an almost Border-less 6.55 inches Fluid AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The aspect ratio of this Panel is 19.5:9 but with a screen to body ratio of 88.69% an a pixel density of 402 PPI. The display will be protected by the latest Corning Gorilla Glass. Under the hood, The Oneplus 8 will be powered by top of the line Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC paired with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of onboard storage. The higher variant is expected to come with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of RAM.
Coming to the optics, The Oneplus 8 is expected to ship with the Triple camera setup. The primary sensor will be a 48 MP Exmor-RS CMOS sensor with f/1.78 aperture with 0.8 um pixel size, the secondary will going to be a 16 MP wide-angle unit and the third sensor will be a 2 MP depth-sensing unit. There’s a 16 MP punch-hole selfie shooter too.
The OnePlus 8 will run on Android 10 out of the box with Oxygen OS on top. Oxygen OS offers near to Stock Android experience with various customizations and features. The fingerprint sensor is expected to be faster than the previous generations. All this will be backed by a relatively smaller 4300mAh battery. Although OnePlus 8 Pro is likely to get an IP68 rating as well as 30W Warp Charge, OnePlus 8 is unlikely to get any of these features. Like every time, these features are mostly reserved for OnePlus 8T, which will be released later this year.

The Display will be almost bezel-less and will have a screen to body ratio of 90.24%. The Oneplus 8 Pro will be powered by top of the line Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC paired with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of onboard storage. The higher variant is expected to come with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of RAM.
Coming to the optics, The Oneplus 8 Pro is expected to come with a Quad-camera setup, with a 48 MP Exmor-RS CMOS Primary sensor with an f/1.78 lens and 0.8 um pixel size. The secondary sensor will be a 48 MP unit but an ultra-wide angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture. There’s also an 8 MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture. The last sensor will be a 5 MP depth-sensing unit. The selfie camera is housed in a punch-hole notch. The selfie shooter will be a 16 MP unit.

The fingerprint sensor is expected to be faster than the previous generations. All this will be backed by a 4510 mAh battery which supports the 30W Warp charge.
